If we've agreed to buy your collection, we're not looking to take only the valuable records and leave you with the rest. Where agreed, we can also take away unwanted low-value records at no extra charge.
INHERITED A VINYL COLLECTION?
If you've inherited a record collection from a relative, you don't need to know anything about pressings, grading or current values. That's what we're here for.

HOW WE VALUE YOUR RECORDS
Two copies of the same album can have very different values. We look at the actual record you're selling — not just the artist and title on the sleeve.
Country, year, catalogue number, edition and pressing can all make a difference to value.
Cleaner vinyl and better-kept sleeves will normally achieve a stronger valuation.
We research Discogs, recent sales, eBay and the wider vinyl market to understand realistic current values.
Rarity matters, but so does demand. Some common records are highly sought-after while some rare records have fewer buyers.
Send us a list or photos and we'll give you a rough indication of value first. The final offer is confirmed once we've inspected the exact pressings and condition in person.
If the records are in better condition than expected, the valuation may increase. If they're in poorer condition, the offer may be lower or we may be unable to purchase some records.

Do you buy single records?
Yes. We're happy to consider anything from one quality LP through to collections containing thousands of records.
What genres do you buy?
We buy across most genres including rock, indie, pop, hip-hop, soul, funk, jazz, reggae, ska, punk, metal, electronic, dance, house, techno, blues, country, folk and soundtracks. We don't currently buy classical collections.
Do you buy vinyl singles?
We currently focus on LPs and album box sets rather than 7-inch or 12-inch singles.
What condition do records need to be in?
We're generally looking for VG+ condition or better. If you don't know how to grade vinyl, don't worry — send us some example photos and we'll help assess the collection.
How do I get a valuation?
WhatsApp us a list, photos or whatever information you have. We'll research the records and give you a rough indication before arranging a visit where possible.
Will you collect my records?
Yes. We're based in Leicester and collect suitable vinyl collections throughout the Midlands. For larger collections we're also willing to travel nationwide.
How will I be paid?
For collections purchased in person, payment can be made by cash or bank transfer when the deal is agreed. For records sent by post, payment is made after they arrive and have been checked.
I've inherited a collection and know nothing about vinyl. Can you help?
Absolutely. You don't need to identify every pressing or know what anything is worth. Send us some photos or a simple list and we'll do the research. We buy the records only and don't provide house-clearance services.
I have more than 1,000 records. What should I do?
Give us a call. For very large collections it's usually easiest to have a quick conversation first, then we can decide what photos or information would be most useful.
